MO’vers celebrate Movember mo-ments

Not only did the MO’vers become walking talking billboards for men’s health throughout the month. Our fleet of trucks also displayed their moustaches for the cause.

A special mention to Chris Cervera and Chris McNiece who raised $655 and $300 respectively, leading the team to Mo victory.

And there was almost a mo-ward to take home, with the MO’vers nominated for best team costumes at the official 2012 Movember Gala Parté at Sydney’s Luna Park on November 28.

It definitely wasn’t a night for spending on the lounge… it was a night for riding on the lounge.

Our Movers flexed their muscles and proudly transported MoBros and MoSistas around the hairy venue with the help of team Mascot Mo, demonstrating the functionality of Two Men And A Truck’s packing boxes.

Movember is a worldwide initiative in its 10th year which has seen growth onto faces in 21 countries.

It’s become an annual activity for Two Men And A Truck. Even the female team members were determined not to let their lack of whiskers get in the way of some community fundraising. They coloured their hair for the cause.

Two Men And A Truck, based in St Leonards, has also done charity work for The Salvation Army, Make a Wish Foundation and recently sponsored the Anne Frank Exhibition in Australia.
